Service Supervisor

This is a new opportunity to work in a leadership position within our service groups.  Key responsibilities include involves coaching and supervising a group of technicians who provide excellent customer service through daily residential service calls.

The successful candidate must be able to work closely with the technicians to ensure quality, training, coaching, and scheduling to provide maximum customer satisfaction and work with our customers as needed to drive our model of success. 

The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree (will consider proven successful experience in leadership in lieu of degree) and a minimum of one or more years in a leadership or management position.  The ideal candidate must exemplify the values of service, trust, building relationships and problem solving.  Proven effective communication skills required and must be fluent in the Microsoft software suite.
